Arthur is a project leader at Carbone 4. He is a member of the Carbon Neutrality practice, and the leader of the biodiversity practice. He is a specialist of carbon removals and nature-based solutions, and works with companies on issues such as biodiversity, net-zero strategy, carbon removals, and sustainable agriculture.Before joining Carbone 4 in early 2021, Arthur worked for two years as a CSR strategy consultant, and three and a half years in the development of carbon projects (reforestation, agroforestry, conservation and ecosystem restoration) and sustainable agriculture. This led him to work in the field in more than 15 countries in Latin America, Africa and South Asia.&nbsp;

Léa joined the Carbone 4 Team as a consultant in March 2021. Before joining Carbone 4, she studied at the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Paris and at the Engineering School of Mines ParisTech. With an experience in both engineering and research in biology, she aspires to create bridges between scientific knowledge and action in order to build a better world. From her studies, beyond her scientific and technical skills around climate issues and a great appetite for all related subjects, she has kept an eternal passion for the living. Within Carbone 4, Léa contributes to the "Carbon Neutrality" and "Biodiversity" practices.&nbsp;

Alexis joined Carbone 4 as a consultant in January 2022. As a member of the firm's Biodiversity practice, Alexis assists companies with their biodiversity issues.With an interdisciplinary master's degree combining economics and ecology, Alexis specializes in assessing the ecological impacts of economic activities, preserving biodiversity and ecosystems, and managing natural resources. Before joining Carbone 4, Alexis conducted biodiversity footprint studies at CDC Biodiversité. He also studied the impact of economic sectors on biodiversity, through the drafting of sectoral benchmark sheets.
