Victoire Choisnard

Victoire joined Carbone 4 in 2023 and is now a Project Leader in the Strategy division.

She helps companies gradually integrate climate issues into their strategies. This involves analyzing climate risks, identifying opportunities related to the transition to a low-carbon economy, and setting decarbonization targets.

She also helps her clients to develop decarbonization pathways and translate them into operational roadmaps tailored to their ambitions, as well as initiate and lead change management within their organizations.

Before joining Carbone 4, Victoire was a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in Paris. There, she advised companies on strategy, investment, and transformation issues. Victoire also has extensive experience in project management and development, particularly with startups.
