Pierre-Baptiste joined Carbone 4 in January 2023, where he contributes to the IF Initiative to build new tools and methods for foresight and strategy in the face of planetary limits.


He is currently working on a CIFRE doctoral thesis in management science at the doctoral school of Lyon 3 University, in partnership with emlyon business school and Strate, École de design. Her research-intervention focuses on strategy in the Anthropocene and the design of coalitions to redirect organizations towards futures compatible with planetary limits.


His research work is part of the "Strategy in the Anthropocene" teaching and research chair at emlyon and Carbone 4, the reset design lab at Strate and the IFGE (Institut français de gouvernement des entreprises).

Before joining Carbone 4, Pierre-Baptiste worked for a number of strategy and design consultancies, where he contributed to prospective scenario-building and strategic vision co-construction initiatives, as well as to the structuring and steering of large-scale transformation programs for management committees.


Trained in co-design and collective intelligence facilitation approaches, he has developed strong expertise in designing and leading collaborative processes and events.


He teaches at several prestigious schools and universities (SciencesPo Paris, emlyon business school, Strate École de design, HEC Paris, CY École de design).
