Carole joined the Carbone 4 Academy, Carbone 4’s training center, in October 2025. At Carbone 4, her role is to develop and continuously improve the training programs in the catalog.
Before joining Carbone 4, Carole worked at Cegos, where she managed the training courses in the catalog for the Industry, QSSE, and CSR areas. She also established a CSR community of practice and trained 15 experts within the group. She also led a group of more than 200 external training consultants.
Previously, she spent nearly 20 years with the Renault Group, where she held various positions, including industrial process project manager, procurement manager, and manager of internal supplier performance. She also served as head of environmental affairs and general services.
