Léo joined Carbone 4 in 2024 as part of the IF Initiative team, following a career in consulting as a designer and team leader. He has led projects ranging from user research to product and service prototyping, including foresight and design fiction, for major corporations, nonprofit organizations, and public sector entities.
Convinced that addressing planetary boundaries requires a profound transformation of business models and practices, he designs and leads initiatives to help companies integrate these challenges at the strategic level. He advocates for an interdisciplinary approach that combines scientific rigor, design, storytelling, and strategy to reconnect innovation with material realities.
Passionate about art, photography, and science fiction, he seeks to harness the power of images and storytelling to advance the transition, combining rigorous scientific analysis with the ability to envision the future. Léo employs creative approaches that blend storytelling, design, science, and strategy to transform the way people think and open up new possibilities.
In particular, he works with strategic leadership teams to translate systemic challenges into concrete courses of action, and he teaches foresight and design fiction at a design school.
