Maylis joined the Carbone 4 Academy in October 2023. She has worked for over 10 years on economic, entrepreneurial and common good issues, through the training and coaching professions.

Initially working with social entrepreneurs to help them develop their skills and scale up their projects, she went on to specialize in environmental transition issues, with a particular focus on biodiversity. With dual skills in training and facilitation, she has worked with a variety of audiences in seminars for groups ranging from 20 to 150 people (companies, collectives, networks, public services), using a collaborative, action-oriented approach. Today, she is in charge of customized training at Carbone.
