Climate Chance: Presentation of the 2019 Edition of the Report on Non-State Climate Action

The Climate Chance Observatory recently published the second edition of its Annual Report on Non-State Climate Action. This 2019 report has been expanded to include an analysis of new emissions sectors and a section on adaptation to better highlight the efforts of local governments, businesses, civil society, and citizens.
On Thursday, November 28, 2019, the Observatory team then organized a session to present the key findings of the Sector Report, during which various stakeholders were invited to share their reactions, followed by a discussion with the audience.
César Dugast, a senior consultant at Carbone 4, was invited to this event to discuss the "Land Use and Forestry" sector.
