The seminar had several objectives:
The Carbone 4 teams have developed a one-day seminar that combines expert input with collective intelligence. This experience is designed to bring together teams from the Ministry and the APIJ.
Objectives
Tailored support combining climate expertise and facilitation
The workshop was co-facilitated by a team consisting of a climate expert and a facilitator. The goal was to create the conditions for a smooth and stimulating discussion within a large, diverse group.
Morning Session – Knowledge Base and Systems Approach
Afternoon – Collective Intelligence on Decarbonization
This seminar marked a key milestone in the Ministry of Justice’s climate efforts. For many, it provided an opportunity to change one's perspective, to understand that Decarbonization is possible and that it can be put into practice at every level of responsibility and on every scale (e.g., from centralized renovation projects to the operational management of a prison or a court). Participants left better equipped to take action and with a new insights on the subject.
