COP24 Side Event: "Low-Carbon Strategy and Corporate Carbon Neutrality: ACT and the Net Zero Initiative"

On the occasion of COP24, Carbone 4, ADEME, and CDP co-organized the following side event: "Low-Carbon Strategy and Corporate Carbon Neutrality: ACT and the Net Zero Initiative"
The event took place on Thursday, December 13, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the French Pavilion during COP24 in Katowice, Poland.
The implementation of a low-carbon strategy by a company and its contribution to the emergence of a carbon-neutral world are two sides of the same coin. While the definition of carbon neutrality on a global scale is not up for debate, for a company, this ambitious goal raises many questions. ACT and Net Zero Initiative are two French initiatives—unique in the world—that aim to lend credibility to companies’ carbon strategies. They illustrate the high standards, transparency, and ambition of the French private sector when it comes to climate protection.
Carbone 4, ADEME, and CDP presented a two-hour journey toward carbon neutrality—an invitation to embark on an adventure toward a world that promises to be a much better place.
