PSA Group and Nexans Join the CDP A-List

Carbone 4 is proud to have supported its clients PSA and Nexans in their response to the CDP, helping them earn a spot on the A-List, which includes companies that receive the highest rating. The CDP is the leading environmental reporting body to which businesses report at the request of investors. On January 22, 2019, it published the rankings of companies based on their responses to the questionnaire Climate Change. The PSA Group, Europe’s leading automaker, and Nexans, a global player in the cable industry, have each been recognized for their efforts to reduce emissions and combat climate change, ranking among the 126 companies that received the highest rating (A) out of a total of 6,937.These achievements are all the more remarkable given that the PSA Group is the only European automaker to make the A-List, and that Nexans has moved up two levels compared to the previous year (having received a B rating in 2017). These excellent results stem from the strategies and initiatives implemented by the PSA Group and Nexans, as well as the collaboration between their teams and the consulting firm Carbone 4.

Carbone 4 assisted Nexans and the PSA Group in completing the questionnaire by conducting an in-depth analysis of the changes made to the 2018 questionnaire and then highlighting and aligning their responses as closely as possible with the CDP’s expectations. “ The PSA Group is proud to be among the 2% of companies participating in the CDP program that have made the A-List.
