To be a good trainer, you learn to talk “to people” before talking “about something.”
This maxim certainly applies to the ecological transition, the necessity and implementation of which have been the subject of intense debate over the past year. This reality is captured by the term (which is open to debate) “ecological backlash.”
This is enough to leave the many people who work on environmental issues on a daily basis in companies feeling at a loss. How we talk about these issues is once again taking center stage : Now more than ever, we need to persuade, build support, think strategically, and cultivate our influence.
