New NZI Publication: Pillar B and Emissions Avoided
The third season of the Net Zero Initiative (NZI) project has just come to a close. Among the many areas of focus explored by the project team and its 22 sponsors between June 2021 and June 2022, the topic of emissions avoided through corporate solutions took center stage.
The NZI team was pleased to invite you to a webinar on June 14 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. to present its new report on Pillar B of the framework, specifically focusing on avoided emissions.
This guide, which will be published on the same day, is intended to be a major step forward in standardizing the concept of emissions avoided through products and services.
With an unprecedented level of detail and comprehensiveness, it aims to provide companies with the tools they need to rigorously and transparently calculate the contribution of their solutions to global net-zero goals.
Procedure:
- Introduction by Jean-Marc Jancovici
- Summary of NZI Activities for 2021–2022 by César Dugast
- Presentation of the Pillar B Report by Rodrigo Baranna
- Testimonials from ADEME (Fanny Fleuriot) and Schneider Electric (Esther Finidori)
