Webinar: "What Path Should the Construction Industry Take Toward Carbon Neutrality?"

France has translated a global target into its National Low-Carbon Strategy with a clear ambition: carbon neutrality by 2050. The construction sector plays a central role there, but the story has yet to be written:

• What is the agreed-upon definition of carbon neutrality?
• What is the carbon footprint for new and existing buildings?
• What programmatic objectives should be implemented in practice during operations?

The IFPEB and Carbone 4 were able to establish an initial analytical framework, presented on Friday, July 10, 2020. The roadmap continues on the operational requirements for achieving carbon neutrality, both in the management of the existing fleet and in new construction.
