Funding the Transition with the FNE Training Fund

What is the FNE Training Program?

Financial assistance to cover between 50% and 70% of the cost of your training project, provided it is related to the digital or ecological transition.

In short, the FNE Training program is:

• Government financial assistance to support businesses through major transitions, particularly environmental ones.
• For all entities engaged in economic activity, including small businesses and associations.
• For all employees, except those on apprenticeship or training contracts.
• Between 50% and 70% of the training cost, depending on the company's size and revenue.

For training programs on the ecological transition, eligible activities include change management and risk adaptation. This is the perfect way to fund your training project with Carbone 4 Académie.

How can I take advantage of this program?

To receive 50% to 70% coverage through the FNE Formation program, you must submit an application to your OPCO. This application generally consists of three documents:

1. A training agreement 👉 fill out this form to receive it automatically by email

When can I take the training course?

To be eligible for the FNE Training program, the training must be approved by your OPCO by December 31, 2024, and completed by December 31, 2025.

What should I do if I am not affiliated with an OPCO?

If you are self-employed or a business owner, you may be affiliated with the FIF-PL. Unfortunately, these organizations do not fund training. To help you develop your skills nonetheless, we are offering you a special rate of 950€ (excluding tax) for training courses Developing a Climate Roadmap and Developing a Biodiversity Roadmap which is about a 35% discount.
